This is only one BAD experience with these crooks , please stay away. I know we will never buy from them ever again .
Good people to rent from with quality furniture.
We bought a table and chairs from them that was supposed to be solid oak ( which it wasn't .) It bubbled up within in minutes of spilling water on it. We called Natalie to come look and she told us we was crazy . That it was solid. And refused to take it back because we paid cash for it and didn't rent it.
I was contacted by the store manager a few days after this review was posted. In which we conversed somewhat cordially about my utter and complete displeasure with my purchase, she promised that she would personally make this matter right . She stated would come to my home that Thursday , look at our table and see what she could do to fix it. But she never showed. This complete disrespect towards me as a loyal customer is unforgivable . I strongly urge everyone to take your business elsewhere as we did.
