I called to request a vase arrangement for my mothers 60th birthday. The customer service was very good. She was very polite. The arrangement arrived the next day in the early morning which was greatly appreciated. I used to work at a Florist and have a degree in Horticulture so I am very familiar with flowers and cost. For the $65.00 plus delivery that I requested I did expect a little more than was received. I used Duff's last year for a plant and will use them again, but I will be more specific about the type of flowers arranged.
I needed to order a wreath for a funeral, and I called Duff's. The lady that took my order was very helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the funeral home and viewed the wreath I was very pleased with the arrangement. Duff's went above and beyond my expectations and created the perfect arrangement. Thank you very much. I will certainly use you again in the future, and will recommend your services to all my friends and family in the Summerville, Georgia area.
